@Alex4D
Interestingly, there is no mention of Motion or Compressor.

CBlakeston wrote: No Aperture X mention either.
The version of Aperture is irrelevant to the info on the page- it will be whatever version of Aperture is current as of tomorrow. They don't say Final Cut Pro 10.1 either.

@Alex4D
I think we'll all need a bit of a break as we bask in the glow of all the updates.
But then we'll be back to wondering if the next update if feature or maintenance!
Will they go back to a shorter cycle for feature updates, or will this become a yearly thing now?
My gut tells me that this update was special, that the Event/Project restructuring was a foundational change that took a lot of work to implement. While more surface features can be added more quickly.

Charter a machine (or more) to collect all people which really need the update to fly to SFO and take over Apple Cupertino to force them to deliver new machines and FCPX 10.1.
On the flight back you might have a multiple "New Year" experience - that might be worth it

Is there any way the FCPX is set to go the Smoke route? All apps contained within one?

What is Apple waiting for? There are hundreds of people going insane waiting for 10.1....to tease with 10.1.1...hahahaha
Maybe their getting everyone back for dissing them on FCP 10.0 release.
Timing couldn't be more perfect for me if it does drop in next few days. Just finished off all this years projects, want to start a new showreel for myself, so perfect to get used to anything new in FCPX while playing about with my own material, no client pressures.
