There it is! 10.3 in app store, Motion update disappeared just now though...and new Compressor!

Looks like it's all here up in Canada. can't download on my work computer, but will tonight on my home computer.

Looks like they have addressed almost all the asked for "refinements". I love that we can have the timeline on it's own window! (from my understanding)
