Yes don't hesitate to do so, that would be great! My office is just at Central Station, very easy.
What feedback can I give to the audio designer: he uses ProTools, but was not aware he could use original timecodes. Is there a special way to display them in ProTools ?

In the Session Setup window go to Session start time.
Or:
Go to Setup > Current time code position to change the current timeline position to a specified timecode/footage.

He just answered me that he actually used Wavelab and Izotope RX. Do you know if those softwares can also preserve original timecodes ?
EDIT:
I think they don't, but at least I've told him about the issue so he can warn the film editor next time.

I don't know Wavelab, but in Cubase from the same company this is possible:
- Manually enter the start timecode in Project Setup.
- Or import the files in the pool and choose Insert into Project > At Origin.
iZotope RX always respects the start time code of BWave files. Just select Save As > WAVE and make sure the "preserve non audio data" checkbox is checked (it is by default).
