I do have fx factory plugins on the IMAC and macbook pro, I have no issues on Macbook pro with the same plugins.
Can I copy the motion templates folder from my macbook pro and replace the motion templates on the effected IMAC system. Does that help?

I have reinstalled FCPX (from the app store) thrice in one month and still I am facing the same issue. I use FX factory , Pixel film studios plugins apart from other 3rd party titles and generators also and all these work fine on my Macbook pro.
Any other suggestions or ways to fix this would be of great help, It's really frustrating issue and I am surprised I have not seen anyone talking about it.
Looking forward for help.

freemacsoft.net/appcleaner/
is fine. Use it to uninstall CleanMyMac. You may have to do a system wipe and reinstall of the OS, migrating only the users and reinstalling your software.

Yes, because the damage it could do has been done, and uninstalling it won't fix that damage.
