2012 Mac Pro or Should we say Apple Pro!

What are the features/benefits of these CPU's?

They are the first new desktop CPUs to come along that would justify a Mac Pro upgrade. A Quad-Core 3.5 Ghz i7 would be nice in a Mac Pro. Or put two of those in a Mac Pro, 16 GB RAM, and whatever the latest greatest GPU of the week is. Nice...

Guten tag verstaerker... not saying it is true nor it is false. But there has been information posted on the Cow that a source have confirmed that the Mac Pro will not be updated.

Well if a "source" says it, then it must be true

That petition is nice and dandy, but as long as Intel doesn't come with their new chips, there won't be a new Mac Pro. HP and Dell are also waiting to refresh their workstations.

I can assure you that the old Apple rule is true. "If some one says, they can't know, and if they know, they can't say."

Also true the new Intel "Server" quality CPUs aren't shipping for another month or two.

And past petitions haven't swayed Apple in the least, ever.
