Open the Compound into its own Timeline! Then try to export. What you're doing is not what we're doing.

You are opening a Project timeline that contains a Compound. Open the Compound into its own timeline (double-click it), then export. That's what we're doing.

You can export segments of a compound from the browser if that helps anyone.

I also used to do this all the time - they must have removed the option from this new version for some reason, that's a bit silly.

Do you think it's a bug?

Not being able to export anything from the Timeline pane is a bug! I reported it, and strongly suggest the rest of you do, also.
