Mpeg-4 Video files won't play/import

Through many attempts I could not get MPEG Streamclip to recongnize the MPEG-2 component was installed. I was able to get the files to convert using handbrake though. I had tried handbrake on my work PC without luck, but it worked on my iMac so the issue is solved for now.

I had the files run overnight and they seem to play without any noticable issues. Thanks eveyrone for the help.
