There were lots of reported export issues in 10.1. and 10.1.1
Can you update to the latest version? (10.1.3)

So I just copied everything from my project, started a new project with the same settings, pasted everything in and exported a small portion- and now it's fine, comes out like it should. Will this work with me copying and pasting like that? I have never done it..

Yes, that should work. You must have a corruption in your project somewhere, and copying the contents of a corrupt project into a fresh one usually solves the problem. Great thinking!

Try copying your entire project into a fresh one and export. Keep us updated.

I am working on it now! thank you both again..so much.

After getting everything over and then exporting a small clip the text is now within the safe zone, but after a few seconds of playing it it gets blurry. When I stop and restart it is clear and then gets blurry again??

Any ideas what that could be?

Quit all applications, then try playing the file again. Play it in QuickTime 7if possible.
