How to import Sony XDCAM to FCPX using Content Browser

Thank you very much for the link. I'm trying to ingest an XDCam disc from an PDW-U1 deck into my IMac with a little bit of trouble. I can see the files on the ingest, but it gives a 0 duration of the actual clip. I'm using FCPX 10.2.3 if and I thought I had all of the plugins that I will need. Any suggestions?
