I will always call FCPX "Final Cut Pro Ex" until Apple loses their fetish with that letter. I've even said it directly to them and they didn't correct me. Just for fun I also tried Mac OS Ex on them as well but they insisted it was Mac OS 10.9.2 and not Mac OS X 10.9.2 or Mac OS 10 10.9.2. Just get rid of the dumb letter. They've been using it for over a decade. Everyone is using X in their marketing now. Time to move on.

How do you pronounce Final Cut Pro X 10.1.1? Final Cut Pro Ten Ten-dot-One-dot-One? The X is redundant. The X is lame. Lose the X, Apple. Not that they'd ever listen.
