For me sort by content created will put the clips in timecode regardless of what order I create them.

Even in frame view Tom? That's bizarre. It's definitely putting them in the order I created which is non-Linear,
EDIT. Nope upon playing with it more it is varying a lot. 1st off I restarted FCPX and then the clips returned to the shoot order. Deleted them and created them again but this time different lengths and that also seemed to change them.
Also noticed that when using GoPro clips compared to clips that have real timecode that things would work differently. I think. :silly:
