You're not exporting for them to look at, you're exporting to work in Motion. When you're done, you can bring it back to FCP X, sync up the sound (Motion has major audio bugs), then export to Computer.
As for motion tracking, I'd be concerned that people walking don't give you a real stable tracking point. Good contrast, yes, but hands and arms moving, the natural bounce of walking, etc. That's my only concern about motion tracking.
As for the export from Motion to FCP X. I have recorded a play, and I opened it in Motion and used the fake the lightning from the link you gave me earlier(I exported it as ProRes422). How can I get it back to FCP X again to sync the audio? Export it as ProRes422 over again?
BenB wrote: I'd so the raw effects in Motion, with text. Then turn off the Text layer, take that ProRes 422 export into FCP X. Then turn off the video and only leave the text, export that as ProRes 4444, make sure export options say Colors + Alpha (turn on premultiply). Bring that into FCP X to place on top of the video. Then you can color correct the video without effecting the text.
Need some time to understand this
And I also need another external hard drive!

It´s jumpy on YouTube, but not on my computer. I got some warnings from YouTube, telling me the clip wasn´t optimal. Might be why it´s jumpy at the end.
Removing the clip from YouTube sometime tomorrow. Along goes the Clause-clip. Need to fix the darn "e"!
