Need field noise & flicker fixer plugin

I have some very old computer animation videos I worked on in the 80s.... I digitized it but the thin lines are creating some bad quality field noise issues. I remember reading about a pro field noise fixing plugin that did more then the usual field choose or blend options... Can't seem to find it now, anyone with any thoughts on fancy field plugs? Thx!
