Title text with coloured background

I've searched but I can't find and the answer is probably straight in front of me but is there a quick way or plugin to create titles like the attached

That looks like a title from Ripple Training's TitleMation plugin, available either on their website or thru FXFactory.

apply a solid generator, crop it, for your example: adjust opacity
apply title over it, adjust position, formats, etc ....

Had thought of that but was looking for something easier

if you're familiar with Motion5 and read carefully fox_m's advice bout OSCs, it should be easy to create a plugin, with handles and color selection and auto-centre and .... stuff
