I have the same problem. The installer completes successfully but the title is nowhere to be found in FCPX. It does open in Motion, so likely it needs to be customized there and then published to FCPX.

I too found it in Motion, but not in FCPX. It is also not in my native language. LOL

Sorry something went wrong with the installer.
We have make an update.
Now you can find it in FCPX Titles/KlickVideoTV/

We also make an oppinion to choose your own directory like
libaries/Application support/Final Cut Pro/templates/Titles/"you own name"
