Hey thank you for your stuff on here. This is stating that the installation failed after opening the download and going through the steps. I tried twice. Any ideas? Thanks

I can't download this. When I go to the site, I can't see any download link. I also see blank areas that seem to contain a video. Using the latest OS and latest Safari. Also tried Firefox - no luck. I *can* see and play the embedded video in the first post of this thread.
