Because someone here mentioned not being able to rotate the FCP X built-in Vignette effect's shape, I decided to modify it. Rather than use Motion's Vignette filter, I use a Shape Mask (Oval).
You can now rotate it, scale it, X/Y adjustments, adjust anchor point, and the usual. I want to upgrade it later this week to give a choice of various shapes and some slightly refined controls.
Nothing fancy, nothing in big demand, but if anyone is interested, here it is. If anyone has any ideas of how to improve upon it, mention it here, I'll see what I can do.
