Sometimes when I restart my new Mac Pro. This message pops up on the screen. The computer was shut down because of a problem, click on any key to continue. Then my computer starts up normally. There is log that do not understand. Has anyone had similar issue ?

Sounds like the computer wasn't shut down properly.

It was not shut down. I just restarted. Shut down the start does not give this message.

Perhaps some background program running impacted the restart.

You may want to check to see if anything runs in the background. Perhaps look at the Preferences Account setting for login items.

One interesting test might be to create a New User Admin account and restart from there. That will tell you if it's a user based issue. Worth testing even if that would seem unlikely.

Also when things get "wonky" sometimes it's good to use Apple's "Combo Updater" which can clean up some OS issues.

Thanks for you comment. The "problem" seems to be solved when I first eject my external LaCie disks and then restart. I have no clue why might be that on of the disk is a clone.

It certainly sounds like a communication issue with the disk during shut down for the restart.
You may want to contact LaCie about that.
USB3 or Thunderbolt?
