ISSUE RESOLVED, SEE MY 3RD POST BELOW

So I own SliceX and TrackX. I put them on the timeline and nothing happens. That GUI window that's supposed to show up that lets you draw over an object to track? Not there. I recently had a different issue with Coremelt's stuff and they had me uninstall their plugins and reinstall everything. And by everything I mean ALL of Coremelt's plugins, even the ones I have no interest in and do not own. Their installer does not let me choose what to install, which is dumb. Anyway that fixed the issue I was having. But when I dug and dug and finally found their uninstaller and uninstalled everything but TrackX and Slice X... I think, they have about 4 or 5 uninstallers and I ran them all except for the Track X and Slice X uninstallers and the "Uninstall Everything" which I think they also had.

Anyway how do I fix this? I don't want to run their "Install everything" package again because that's just dumb, like I said. It installs so much clutter that it's unbearable. And if I uninstall that clutter I get a broken Slice X and Track X. Coremelt is the only plug ins I've ever had any sort of issues with. Granted I don't have many, but even those from Pixel Film Studios (whom everyone hates) simply work without any nonsense like this.

SliceX and TrackX don't come as two 'single' effects in the Effects browser.
So when you muddle in the coremelt files by deleting 'not needed' parts, you're surprised, it doesn't work?

Experienced Coremelt's support very responsive and very helpful.
... but I had my requests in a very diff. tone than yours.

I'm just pissed because I KEEP having issues. I used their uninstallers, but I guess you didn't read my entire post maybe? I don't need countless trial versions of plugins I'm not interested in in my FCPX or on my hard drive.

get no unwanted 'trials' here when installing purchased app.

coremelt has 5, not 'countless' products to offer, so what about re-reading my first reply?

As per my original post Coremelt had me download and install their "Install everything" installer to fix the original issue. It installed all their trial versions of their other stuff and believe me there are a lot of things that say "C2" in the effects browser pane. I agree with you, when I originally purchased Slice X and Track X, it just installed those and not everything else. I have no idea why Coremelt had me install EVERYTHING especially when their installer doesn't give me a choice on what to install. But using their uninstallers that they themselves provided seems to have broken my Track X and Slice X. At least I think. I have contacted Coremelt but I am working on a project now and don't have time to wait and troubleshoot with them.

UPDATE: I fixed the issue by downloading the SliceX installer from the SliceX web page and reinstalled. I didn't even uninstall the old SliceX. Again I am not sure why Coremelt linked me to their INSTALL EVERYTHING download. At the very least, Coremelt should make it so that the installer has checkboxes so you can choose what plugins you want and what you don't like logical installers do.

Hi, very sorry for the hassle. Our Everything Installer does let you choose the plugins you want to install (So does the TrackX / SliceX / DriveX one). You need to hit the custom install option then you can uncheck the ones you don't want.

We asked you to use the Everything installer because we were investigating a bug which is now fixed, again sorry for the hassle.
