There are the really excellent done video tutorials, but for some questions, I would like a 'handbook' - haven't found any - me wrong? Or does not exist?

Have some trouble with the very, fundamental basics, understanding what to track/where to put the tracking-masks, how to prep the 'insert clip' in a track layer etc etc...

No plugins have user manuals. But Coremelt does have tutorials showing how to do stuff. Not to mention great tech support. If you don't see what you need in the video tutorials, email them.

I've seen User Manuals for knives, hourglasses, shoelaces and even more'self explanatory' items.
Why no for plug-ins?
TrackX and SliceX are highly complex tools in a smart package, and I've mentioned the tutorials in my OP.
