Here's the next set:
They're a set of effects that allow you to matte to the exact pixel dimensions you want your final output to be. There's one for the four major project settings in Final Cut Pro 10.0. 
Once you place one of these titles above everything else in your project, you can continue working knowing how much of your footage will be visible in the final output. 
You can also reduce the strength of the matte to see slightly beyond the edge of your final video.
