I thought it was pretty awesome. It's the first public tutorial I've seen that explains the new workflow simply and clearly. I'd missed the both/video/audio markers buttons on the angle viewer until now. Great job.

If you lack common timecode or creation date, you can sync by marker. You can also include the audio in the selection when making the multicam clip.

Also, creating markers first to sync by, AND sycning by audio at the same time, FCP sync's markers first, then has a much easier, faster job syncing audio. Ripple Training's Multicam video course is invaluable and full of stuff not in the user manual.

Thanks for the link! (I'm the guy who made the youtube video).
It's probably obvious to people who are already great with FCPX that I've just started using it since the multicam came out. I'm still stumbling over simple things like how to position clips and such, because my FCP 7 habits are very ingrained. Thanks for the tips about using markers and other methods to sync - my tutorial probably is not great advice for that part of it. But, I did spend a good deal of time figuring out multicam because it looked incredible for music video editing and I had two music videos to edit this week. It's incredible because what would have been a week's worth of editing I was able to do in about a day. All of my associates still hate FCPX and I'm the first to do any real work among my group. I made the video somewhat to convince them how cool it is.
Thanks for any tips or anything you see me doing in the video that could be sped up. I'm new to this forum, thanks again for the link!
