Need Help on how to do these Music Video Effects

I primarily shoot rap videos and I'm having trouble trying to figure out how these effects are accomplished. The director in this first video does an effect where the camera pans up then lands upside down with a transition making it look simultaneous.

In this video thru the duration of it, the cinematographer shoots with a glide cam doing a random movements, but I can tell there is something else they do in post to give it a more stabilized shaky cam look.

I'm wondering if there are any fcp x plug-ins that can give me the results of these effects in the above music videos????
