Tutorials for FCP xX 10.1.4

I just bought Final Cut X 10.1.4

Iḿ a newbie when it comes to Final Cut X. I went from Premiere to final cut x. Do apple have some tutorials in App Store/internet for 10.1.4? But if I have to pay for it, I want to use app store. I know the difference isn´t that big, but if there is a tutorial program made for the new 10.1.4? Then I wan´t to start from there

I haven't seen anything official form Apple except for there Certification books.

But if you do a search for Final Cut Pro X you will find many training resources there. Other then that check out Ripple Training and Larry Jordan to begin with.

www.macprovideo.com/hub/category/final-cut Has a ton of free written tutorials. There are tons of free stuff on YouTube (beware, there's a ton of misleading, poorly done garbage as well).

Apple only publishes the "Apple Pro Training Series: Final Cut Pro X, Professional Post-Production" book by Brendan Boykin. It is a hands-on course, taking you step by step through learning FCPX. I consider it the best learning source for beginners around. I am an Apple Certified Trainer, but I make no money through sales of the book.

And as said, Ripple Training is one of the top.

Also look to see if there is an FCPX Users Group in your area. If not, start your own. I ran one for over 8 years in New Orleans.
