The company that I am working for want to make a video kinda similar to this video. They assembled a team including me to build the video. Unfortunately I am at the very beginning level of Final Cut Pro so I even though I tried really hard, I haven't been able to figure out how to make 2 clips run at the same time like this video did. Could someone take a look and tell me what kind of effect is that and is it available on FCP?
Here is the link of the video:
I don't know if this is a violation of rules to put this kind of request but please understand, this is an emergency. Thank you so much.

Which effect are you looking to recreate? There are several done in this video.
Time reference would be very helpful.

Ah, "two clips at once", yeah, that's work for Motion. Basically stacking one clip on top of the other, applying animated replicators, masks, and blend modes.
But, there are several free effects templates here that do much of what I'm seeing here.

0:41 and 1:17 it has multiple clip running. I want that "square" image effect like on 1:17. The beehive look on 1:27 as well. Could you help me identify the effects? Thanks.

I agree with Ben, nothing really special there as far as I can see. You could probably just use the built in effects and transitions in FCPX and make something with enough "movement' as that video. There are ALOT of different transitions there. Unless you are looking for something specific the built in stuff will probably get you there.
If you are new to Final Cut Pro I would STRONGLY encourage you to get some training before you do anything else, it will be a few hours and $60 well spent. Probably the fastest way is Ripple Training.

Those "square" effects (and most of the others also) look exactly like some new Digital Juice transwipe effects. It involves two video clips and a black and white matte clip that are composited using the Image Mask effect (in the Keying category). They have excellent instructions on how to achieve this...but the info works on any black and white matte clip, not just their products:
Go to digitaljuice.com
At top right click on "Continue to Digital Juice Store"
In the left nav bar click on "Video FX and Footage"
Click on any of their Transwipes product links
Scroll down the page to the Step by Step section and click on the Final Cut Pro tab, then on the "Click Here to See How It Works in Final Cut Pro" link
This will show you a large graphic of the compositing steps required
