i'm trying to modify a title, in Motion looks good but in FCP makes black pixels:ohmy:

Hi,
I can't see anything wrong with this - if you want to get rid of the grid then replace the grid generator with a rectangle shape set to the same colour. You will not need the mask as you can draw the rectangle to be the size you want.
The Motion project is 1920x1080 - the grid may be more obvious if the resolution of your FCP project is lower. Also, if you view the project in Motion at, say, 50%, the grid looks like a solid block - at least it does on my MBP! - which may be why it looks different in FCP.
