Motion: Create a dropzone with various speeds was created by droeder
First up, I'm no specialist. I get along with FCPX and Motion but no pro.
Here is what I would like to achieve:
Create a template (don't know yet what type of Motion project would be right) that will allow me to drop a clip with a fixed length (example 30 sec) to the dropzone.
The project will then generate the following:
A) speed up the original clip 2x
speed up the part from second 10 to 20 again 2x
C) at 10 and 20sec add an animated transition
I already struggle with A). Apparently I've opened a generator and added a dropzone. I cannot at a retiming tool the dropzone. Does anyone has a hint?
Thanks!

Add content to the Drop Zone, retime it, then in the Inspector, Image tab, at the bottom click the Clear button, and the keyframes should remain.
