How to create a clock that display the time and also the temperature of the day was created by expander

Hello guys, i was wondering what is the best way to create a clock that displays the time of the day and also the temperature, the main use for this is for a live broadcast production in Youtube, just to place it next to the scrolling text. Hope i explained myself well. Thanks!
