Recreate moving lines and dots effect was created by Fioranelli

Hi, I need to recreate an effect similar to the one that I attached in the post
1. connected lines and dots that move in a pseudo 3d
2. dots that move in a pseudo 3d
Are there any plug-in to recreate these 2 effects in Apple Motion/Final Cut Pro X or can they recreate without plugin?
Thank you very much!!
