Try Filters/Distortion/Bulge, Amount >500, keyframe Scale to -1…

The problem with Fisheye it distorts from the center and not from the outside.

ahh, didn't notice that … kindasortof Tiny-Planet-effect (360° camera) hm?

No, not as I'm aware of, tried the few '360 settings' in Motion - no luck…
