Animated Text characters in random position

Hi guys,

I am stuck on creating a text animation in Apple Motion, with a tight deadline.
What needs to happen is that the characters of a word need to start in a different position like and animate in the correct position animated back out in the different position.

I have been fighting around with sequence behavior but the characters start and end in the correct position only during the movement the letters are in a random position.

I attached some examples:

you have to help me with this one:
I put my text/title centered (x/y=0)
apply the Seq Behave
drag it outside the canvas (here: somewhere +600)



and, when running, Direction set to Random, glyphs drop in, randomly, into position:

Thanks but the characters are still in the same order before the animation. IN my case the text is still in the frame.

Change the "Variance" percentage in your Sequence behavior.
