Motion Blur and 29,97 fps footage

Motion Blur and 29,97 fps footage was created by DFPete
Hey everyone, I have a problem.
I made a motion project with 29,97 frames per second and put some footage in it with the same frame rate. I animated some stuff around it and turned on motion blur, my footage starts to get blended by the render engine. For example, when there is a cut in the footage, the two frames start to blend above each other and even the motion in the footage is blurred. But that's not my intention! When the footage is moving because I animated the position/rotation/scale that's pretty all I wanted but not the content of the footage.
I made some tests with 25fps footage and didn't had any problems at all.
Did I made something wrong?

just an assumption, based upon frame-rate:
Is it interlaced?

hmmm, I published an 'adjustment layer', for intentional use what you don't want: to create 'motion blur' in post. So, beyond my skills, to set motion-blur layer-wise, afaik, it affects 'everything'…
So, my workaround would be:
add video to Motion in one layer (for reference), add you graphics and overlays and what, switchOFF the reference layer, and comp the exported proRes4444 and the video in FCPX…

Yep, I did it with two separate passes, one with and one without motion blur. I disabled the motion blur layer everytime the footage was not moving.
Thanx
