Zoom in speed problem

Zoom in speed problem was created by Suzero
I am trying to zoom into a window to reveal full-screen video behind it. The zoom is however extremely fast at the beginning and then slows quite noticeably. I have tried adjusting the interpolation of the keyframe, but to no avail.
Any tips?

Thanks for the tips! Karsten, using the Z-axis did indeed work much better than scale. I also got a vector version of the graphic to zoom into sharper.

thanks, Mark, for your link to the rippletwins … that does the trick: selecting BOTH keyframes, then exponential.... missed that.
and glad, Suzero, you finally found two solutions for your task … and that 'vector thing' is pretty handy for such 'cosmic zooms' .......
