unfortunately does M5 not support super-script.
Even copy/pasting from some text.app, that format gets lost.

but … how's that?

manually a smaller font-size and adjustment to the Baseline …

We do this often by creating a second text layer and place it a group. Grouping requires a different way of thinking about text elements.
