Easy way to convert 1080p Motion project into 4k?

I've made a project in 1080p a while ago, and now i've regretted not making it in 4k. the only way i can think of making it 4k is to make a 4k project and just copy and paste the layers back in from the other project. that works, but a lot of my stuff is to small, and when i go to scale them up they arent positioned right in accordance to other shapes in the project. I have to go and nit pick every single layer to basically re-animate my whole project.

is there an easier way to just convert a 1080p to a 4k project?

I've at least learned my lesson, I've been creating new projects in 4k now, and just export a 1080p if that's all i need, but at least i'm future proofing myself so i'm not limited.
