Stabilize Issues

Stabilize Issues was created by ElanMike
I am having issues with Stabilize in Motion 5. I have added a couple of trackers and run the analysis and Motion generates the motion vectors on screen. However, when I play back it appears the motion vectors are not being applied to the video - it moves just as much as it did before, and you can see the motion of the key points still tracking the motion vectors. Am I missing something obvious here?

A little more detail: Opening the keyframe editor at the bottom of the screen shows the tracking offsets also. However, even if i chose Borders: Zoom, the image zooms but when I play back, the video frame does not move at all. Could this be a Motion bug?

Only set on tracker, only use the Position for Adjust parameters, hit Analyze. If you use too many trackers, include too many parameters, you can actually make things worse. Start with only one tracking point. You can also hold down the Option modifier key while dragging a tacking point in the Canvas so Motion will show you it's own suggested tracking points. Use one of them. But stick with only one point to start with.
