Here I am again after deserved holidays. It's been almost a year since I started working in the 3D text environment of Motion5. I must say that a lot has changed; After tests, experiments and exchanges of information with other 3D enthusiasts in particular Norbz, and especially Mahoney I reached levels of modeling that I did not think possible with Motion5. I do not like to rest on our laurels, so this time I dare more and introduce a modeling and animation of a biological subject:

"Papilio Machaone" my favorite butterfly.
This animation is set in the Italian countryside during the summer, on a sunny day.

The butterfly is attracted by the smell of a freshly extracted espresso coffee and can not resist to take a sip.

Immediately caffeine excites the butterfly, which begins a frantic flight that ends up with the landing on top of espresso machine. This brand of espresso machine produces a top model with an eagle with open wings, perched on the summit; so I did take the butterfly, the eagle position.
For this work I created several 3D models: glasses with water, espresso cups, teaspoons, chocolates, bags of brown sugar, saucers, a milk jug, a tray, a glass table, an espresso machine, the Machaone and a swarm butterflies particle generator. And of course for music: Vivaldi's "The Four Seasons”.
Later I will publish when ready the FCPX generators. A special Thanks to Karsten for his advice.
Enjoy and let me know your opinions.

I am impressed!
This is pretty good quality coming from Motion. I didn't think anything like this could be done! Great work!
How long did this take you?
I'm sure there were some very tricky things you had to do for this to come together.

Hi Schwyhart thank you for your appreciation. I too long ago, as I said in the introductory text; I did not think that these things were possible to achieve in "Motion". But as you can see, I was wrong. If you've followed my previous works published by the words Real3D you could see that the complexity and the aesthetic level have increased with the knowledge of the program. This is one of my hobbies to which I devote a few hours not every day after my real work. I not take long to realize the animation: about a week, then you have to add about fifteen days for the construction of the various models. I do not know what things are tricky for you, if you specify they to me I will answer willingly. However, even if it seems incredible everything was done with out of the box version of Apple Motion.

Thank you Manoucho ! .
A member of the forum in a PM, perhaps making a joke, said he would like to see the leaves move to increase the realism of the scene. In fact it is one thing I had thought too. This can be done in several ways ranging from applying a displacement map to use a movie clip. I'd like to have some opinion about the best way and the easiest to get the thing.
