Glint filter not working

For some reason, my glint filter looks great in the editing window, but it fails to render. I've got three arrows that come together, and as they do, I've got a glint filter that ramps up until the screen whites out. I've attached two files showing the problem. Glint 1.jpg is a screenshot of the editing window just a few frames before whiteout. Glint 2.jpg shows what actually renders. It's almost as if I've got "Crop" selected, but I don't. I've tried all resolutions and all qualities, and I've trashed my prefs, and still it doesn't work. I even tried a different project, and used text instead of shapes.

Any ideas?
