Hello guys!
I'm newbie in Motion and I'm wondering if it is possible to make such an effect using build-in instruments?

Welcome to the forum.
You are showing an effect that has been done with Trapcode, a 900 (yes: nine-hundred) dollar plugin for After Effects. And even with this expensive plugin it takes a very long time to create this in AE. So I'm sure you will understand that you cannot do the same effect easily or without any plugins in Motion 5. If you could, Trapcode and AE would be immediately out of business (-:
This said, there are a few plugins for Motion and FCP X that will allow you to create simple text to particle effects. Particlemetrix from Industrial Revolution is one of them: www.idustrialrevolution.com/particlemetrix
The Dust Down preset will blow your text away in dust particles:
If you want to go the manual way without any third-party plugins, be prepared for days or even weeks of testing and trying using the built-in particle engine inMotion 5 or using Replicators and the Repeller effect. This video may get you into the right direction: vimeo.com/41240319
