MotionVFX's 'mObject' or Pixel Film Studios' 'FCPX3D'? was created by Schwyhart
I've been looking into both of these and was wondering if anyone could give insight into which might be better or maybe they would both be good to have for different things.

MotionVFX has been in business longer, produces much higher quality stuff, and doesn't steal from others work. PFS on the other hand.... eh...
mObject is far superior and from a more solid, reliable company, hands down.
I simply do not trust PFS based on their track record.

I have used mObject in the past and was very impressed with their product. Also, I only hear great things about MotionVFX. You could also listen to to this podcast to learn more about Motion VFX: FCG108 -

Thanks for the responses. Seems as though Pixel Film Studios has a bad rep...
