I'm looking for some guidance, and appreciate all that is provided.
I was voluntold by one of my superiors at work to create a video to play to those we bring in to interview for a position. I have very limited experience with iMovie, and they purchased FCPX for me to use and am learning on the fly.
I have small segments of interviews from current employees, and want to have a title (or something different that will work) with our company logo, and text with text squence teeing up what the employee is talking about.
I have created what I want in Motion 5, however, when using in FCPX the image does not fit the full frame and have large black edges around the image. My question is how am I able to get rid of the black edges, have the image unstreched, but utilize the full frame?

First, when you create a project in Motion, you set the frame size, which should match what you using in FCPX, mostly.
In FCPX, you can go to the Inspector, bottom of the Video section, and look at Spacial Conform, turn it to None. Then adjust the Scale parameter to make it fit the frame.
What frame size is the Motion project?
