Title in Motion for FCPX

I'm trying to make a title in Motion which I will use in FCPX. I want lines under and over the text. But when I have saved the title to FCPX and want to use it, I'm not able to touch or move the lines. They are stuck. Like they're not part of the text I created. How can I draw lines in Motion so I can move them freely in FCPX?

You have to Publish the Position parameters for the Line layers.

How do I do that?
What I've done so far is to save it as a title. I'm guessing that's wrong?

Can't insert image here...
But in the inspector, there's no parameters or publish.

Ok, I found the publish. But I'm still not able to move the lines around. And I can only change the top line(color etc). Can't find any options to select the bottom line.

Tried to publish the lines in "transform", but "publish" was not possible to select, so I had to select one by one. But still, not able to move the lines around in FPCX.

Ok, getting somewhere. But still having trouble. Even if I duplicate the top line and drag the duplicated line under the text the thinner or less visible than the other line. Why does that happen?

Put the lines inside of their own group. Then publishing the X and Y parameters for Potions in the Group, and for each line layer.
