Need help with a motion tracking project using Motion

Hey guys

I am doing a new project and can't seem to get it working the way I need it to work.

THE PROJECT
I shot footage of a horse with motion tracking points on it, and now what I am attempting in motion to create shapes that are tracked to the tracking markers on the horse but also have the shapes stretch when the horse moves. I have looked at the tutorial from Mark and the guys at Ripple Training: It helped a lot. However....

THE PROBLEM
The problem I am experiencing is that Motion doesn't like me tracking the PNG dots to the tracking markers and also tracking the dots to the triangle Beziare Shape. I can track the PNG dots to my markers on the horse and that works perfectly, I then draw the triangle and try and track the points and set my targets as the PNG Dots and then everything just freaks out. Analysis doesnt even help. I have tried mimicing shape and attach to shape and it still doesn't work . I need to finish this project for client soon and I am really struggling.

You can only track one object to a tracking point at a time. You're trying to track two objects to a point. You may need to just do one, export it as a ProRes, then track that with the second object.

Ok cool, how do i export just the tracking shapes?

i am going to do the track to points one so the shapes become stretchy and can stretch and then bring it back in and retrace the DOTS to the tracking points on the horse.

All sorted managed to get it done in After effects. Thanks for the help though
