Exporting to Vimeo in Motion 5 Share Monitor waiting

While following a Ripple Training lesson and trying to export the video to Vimeo the Share Monitor shows it's "waiting". In the Actitiy Monitor I see something called "qmastered" (Not Responding).

Using:
MacBook Pro Retina
16 GB Memory
NVIDIA GeForce GT 750M 2048 MB graphics
Here is a screen shot of the Activity Monitor. Why would qmaster just stop and the Share Monitor just stay in "waiting" mode?

I just tried to send this Motion 5 project to Vimeo from 2013 my iMac in my office and the same symptoms. I also see the export "waiting" in the Share Monitor and mastered ( Not Responding) and CompressorTranscoderX (Not Responding).

I should mention that I'm using 10.9.3 and Motion 5.1 version

on a Late 2012 iMac, 24 GB of memory with GeForce GTX680MX graphics.

Is there any way to get Motion 5.1 to export to Vimeo?
