Create a bouncing ball?

I have to create a 30 second video clip that has a bouncing ball as part of its design. You can see an example of this type of effect by going to this template: ( www.motionvfx.com/store,project_683,p1189.html )

Does anyone know if there is a tutorial somewhere that can show how this type of animation can be done? I hesitate to spend the money to purchase this template just to learn this one effect, so I thought I'd reach out to the community.

I saw another tutorial from the MacBreak Studios guys who demonstrated an effect that seems similar only using behaviors, but I can't seem to figure out how to apply that to this effect. (I've never used behaviors before--very foreign to me.)

Any thoughts or suggestions is greatly appreciated.

I had this exact thing up on a site that got bought out by another training company. I don't see it listed any longer, so I'll upload it and let folks download it for free. Shows everything you'll need to do a bouncing ball, simulate gravity, etc. Should be up some time this weekend. Just have to find where that file is stored.

That would be terrific!! I think I may have seen a preview of this tutorial, but when I went to the site I couldn't find it.

I'm very intrigued by what you can do with gravity and other behaviors--seems like it can same a person a lot of time.

OK, I don't have the original full tutorial video. But I have the Motion project. Email me (it is in my profile here) and I'll email you the completed Motion project. You'll be able to check out what we did in it. Not exactly the same, but very similar to what you'll want to do.
