Creating SportsCenter graphic?

A client of mine would like to have his graphics similar to this:

Does anybody have any tips or templates I could use in Motion?

That's a pretty complex set up. I'd recommend looking at the offerings from MotionVFX.com. They have a fall sale going on until October 4th. Just use "FALL" as the discount code when you check out. I'm sure you could find something there. I have no connection to them at all, so this is based on my own experience purchasing templates from them.
