Retiming in Motion 5 Transitions was created by leohans
Is there any way to Set Speed (retime) Transition A & Transition B when creating a Motion Transition Project?
I couldn't apply "Set Speed" Behavior.
Thanks!

Behaviors that manipulate time sometimes work better on clones of video layers.

Oops, you're right.
However, time filters do work on both Transition A and Transition B layers.
For example the Scrub filter can be used in conjunction with a parameter behavior for various retiming effects.
Note that the transition won't get any frames from the source clips outside the duration of the transition itself. This means that if your transition is 50 frames long, you can speed up those 50 frames to happen twice as fast using the Rate parameter behavior but you won't be able to show any frames before or after those 50 frames in either the outgoing or incoming clip.
