Tracking in Motion

I have a problem. I just got Motion 5. I was testing a motion track and I tracked a random shape to a piece of paper with two dots on it. I tracked the position and rotation. It, however, does not stay with the position. It tracks fine with the rotation, but it does not stay in correct position. It does move the position, but I am wanting it to stay right on top of the dots. I tried tracking position, rotation, and scale, but it, as thought, did nothing to change it.
