I have been editing lots of timelapse together into a sequence i've got over 7 minutes very precisely chopped up and arranged I want to export in HD and the reolution of the pictures is easily bigger than HD but I think I have made the project 720 x 480 with black lines top and bottom is there a quick way to convert this to HD or do I have to resize every clip (theres lots of them!!) Thanks

make a new HD timeline, copy and paste you stills into the new project. Then adjust the first photo to properly scale it. Once you have done that copy the first photo. Now select the rest of the clips. (Press the T key) to use track select and click on the 2nd image it will choose ever photo after the 2nd one. Then go to edit in your menu bar and choose Paste Attributes. Select all related attributes, such as scale, rotation, etc.

Now you have a HD timeline. One think to be mindful of. Final Cut Pro 7 does not handle images larger than 4000x4000 pixels. If your stills are larger than this you may (probably will) have issues rendering the timeline out.

Just copy the first clip. Then choose Paste Attributes from the Edit Menu. Once you get the Paste Attributes Dialogue up just check the attributes that you want to paste to the other clips.
