Exporting issues

When I import my videos into FCP 7, a lot of them are not centered properly. No biggie, I just use image + wireframe to straighten them up. Never was a problem before. Now, when I export to Quicktime, the image de-centered itself therefore I have a nice black bar on the right side of my entire video.

Anyone have any suggestions to make image + wireframe hold its position? Like I said, I never had this problem before. This was my first project in 1080p HD. Maybe I'm formatting something wrong?
